Easy Ramen Soup

Ingredients
1 tbsp cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, (6g)/ 1 tbsp, minced
¼ tsp grated ginger
2 long scallion (include the white parts)
4 cups water
2 chicken cubes (bouillon)
½ tbsp oyster sauce
½ tbsp soy sauce
For Assembling Ramen Bowl
2 packet cooked ramen noodles, (180 g)
Handful Shimeiji Mushroom
Handful Enoki Mushrooms
3 Pak Choi
Boiled eggs

Directions
- Heat oil over medium-high heat and cook ginger and garlic for a quick 30 seconds.
- Next, include chopped spring onions and cook until fragrant or until the ginger and garlic start to turn slightly brown.
- Pour water into the pot and promptly bring the soup to a boil.
- Add two chicken bouillon cubes, along with soy sauce and oyster sauce, then mix everything together.
- Place the lid on top and let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Next, include shimeji mushrooms into the mixture and then proceed to cover the pan and let it cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- In the final step, include enoki mushrooms and pak choy, then let it simmer for a minute before taking it off the heat.
- Sprinkle 3 dashes of white pepper powder into the mixture and gently mix before drizzling over the ramen noodles.
- Meanwhile, garnish your ramen bowl with a portion of ramen and the mushrooms and vegetables from the broth.
- Now, add a hearty portion of steaming soup to the ramen noodles.
- Enjoy with chili oil and boiled eggs.
