Ingredients
⅔ cup (36g) Instant coffee
¼ cup (56g) granulated white sugar
¼ cup (70g) molasses
5 tbsp + ½ tbsp (30g) mixed spices

Directions
- For this gift recipe, you’ll need 500mL Mason Jar. This whole content of jar makes 20 servings.

- For perfect layering, start by lowering your spoon as close to the jar bottom when adding ingredients. Use a silicone pastry brush to clean the residues from sides of the glass if any. You can use a tart presser, pastry brush or even use the back of a spoon to even out the layers before continuing adding the next layer.
- In a small. bowl, mix together coffee and molasses and divide them into 2 equal portions.
- In a different bowl, mix sugar and mixed spices and divided them into 2 equal portions.
- Use this order to add the ingredients into the mason jar:
- 1st layer – (Coffee + molasses)
- 2nd layer – (Sugar + Mixed spice)
- 3rd layer – (Coffee + molasses)
- 4th layer – (Sugar + Mixed spice)
- Seal the jar airtight and decorate with ribbons, strings and dry leaves.
- Add a tag with a recipe instructions as below:
- Mix the content well.
- Add 1 tbsp of pre-mixed powder to 3 tbsp of hot water.
- Add 200mL hot milk .
- Add Whipped cream and garnish with some powder mix on top.
Storage
- The jar has to be airtight and kept in dark and cool place.
- Can be stored up to 3 weeks.
